Product Description
The Mercury Sampling Apparatus for Flue Gas is a collaborative development by our company. Utilizing a highly integrated development approach, it has overcome numerous technical challenges associated with ultra-miniature refrigeration units and ultra-minia-ture electronic flow meters. The apparatus integrates the mercury adsorption tube, sampling probe, heating pipeline, refrigeration unit, and main sampling unit into one cohesive system. This integration addresses the challenges of cumbersome transportation of field sampling equipment, complex tubing connections, and intricate gas-tightness testing.
Main Features
● The entire tubing is heated, and the rear end uses Peltier condensation to dewater, preventing condensate from backflowing into the mercury adsorption tube.
● Constructed from lightweight, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant titanium alloy materials for both the heated adsorption chamber and heating sampling gun, making it suitable for long-term sampling tests.
● The mercury adsorption tube and heating gun are connected using a soft joint, which facilitates easy replace-ment and effectively prevents damage and gas leakage.
● Features two completely independent sampling channels with automatic intelligent leak detection capabilities.
● Utilizes a high-precision electronic flow meter to automatically measure atmospheric pressure, temperature, and pressure, calculating the standard sampling flow rate and volume.
● Equipped with an imported high-negative pressure brushless sampling pump that is low in noise and has a long lifespan.
● The condensate drainage line is heated to prevent freezing at low temperatures.
Target Customers
This device is suitable for environmental monitoring agencies at all levels, emergency regulatory departments, research institutions, and various emission enterprises, including chemical plants, boiler power plants, cement factories, lime plants, smelting factories, textile mills, and waste incineration facilities.
