Product Description

● Constant Flow: Utilizes flow, pressure, and temperature sensors along with microcontroller technology to automatically control the pump flow rate, ensuring constant flow sampling. The operating point flow rate of the six-stage sieve cutter is 28.3 L/min.

 

● Air-tightness Detection: The device includes a function for detecting air-tightness.

 

● Power Failure Protection: In the event of a power outage during sampling, the device can automatically save data and resume sampling once power is restored.

 

● Overload Protection: If the sampling flow deviates from the set flow rate by more than ±10% for a continuous duration of 5 minutes during sampling, the instrument will automatically shut down to protect itself.

 

● Capable of automatically measuring and displaying parameters such as environmental temperature, atmospheric pressure, flow rate, and sampling volume (standard conditions, working conditions, reference conditions, sampling time, and power outage duration).

 

● Allows for digital setting of sampling flow rate (working condition), sampling time, interval sampling time, and sampling volume

 

● Capable of digitally calibrating values for flow rate, temperature, pressure, and time.

 

● Data storage and export: Can automatically store 100 sampling data records, which can be viewed, printed, and exported via USB flash drive

 

● Molded production, high reliability, compact size, and lightweight.

 

● The sampler can be easily and conveniently fixed on a tripod stand (patented technology)

 

● This instrument is not suitable for use in explosive environments.
