The valve body and stainless steel components in contact are both treated with a silanization inert process, combined with a zero-dead-volume structural design, meeting the requirements of various applications such as laboratories, scientific instruments, specialty electronic gases, semiconductor manufacturing, medical fields, and photovoltaic production.
● Employing atomic-level silanization film technology, a dense protective layer is formed on the metal surface to prevent the leaching of metal ions. This coating exhibits excellent resistance against acidic, mildly alkaline, and organic media erosion.
● Exhibits strong surface chemical inertness, effectively preventing the adsorption of trace, highly reactive analytes such as VOCs, sulfides, ammonia, and acidic components.
● The film layer exhibits strong adhesion to the substrate, offering excellent wear resistance and long-term stability, making it suitable for repeated use.
● Innovative flow channel design optimizes the system, eliminating dead volumes to ensure rapid response and enhance overall efficiency.
● Adopting a specially designed structure significantly reduces the impact of sudden changes in inlet pressure on outlet pressure, ensuring precise pressure regulation.
● Powered by a built-in lithium battery and also supports charging via the Type-C interface, offering a battery life of over 1 year.
● Type-C interface communication, providing a communication protocol that enables users to read data from the pressure relief valve's dial.
● A host computer calibration and operation interface are available.
