Product Description
The ZHK-PRO silanization inert treatment process is employed to form an inert covalent bond film on the surface of 316 stainless steel tubing, thoroughly eliminating active metal sites and significantly reducing adsorption tendencies as well as the risk of catalytic reactions. The process adheres rigorously to stringent technical specifications covering material selection, electrolytic polishing, and surface inert treatment, while meticulous cleaning and packaging procedures effectively prevent any residual contaminants. This ensures the product meets the demanding requirements of applications such as scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, and environmental gas analysis systems.
● Employing atomic-level silanization film technology, a dense protective layer is formed on metal surfaces, effectively blocking the leaching of metal ions and providing resistance against erosion from acidic, mildly alkaline, and organic media.
● Exhibits strong surface chemical inertness, preventing the adsorption of trace, highly reactive analytes such as VOCs, sulfides, ammonia, and acidic components;
● The film layer is firmly bonded to the substrate, offering excellent wear resistance and long-term stability, allowing for repeated use;
● In an inert environment, the maximum operating temperature does not exceed 500°C; in the presence of oxygen, the maximum operating temperature is limited to 200°C.
● The ZHK-PRO inert film layer contains Si-based compounds and is easily corroded by strong alkaline substances as well as hydrofluoric acid;
● The tubing can be cleaned using mild organic solvents (methanol, n-hexane, ethanol) or water, and ultrasonic cleaning can be employed to enhance the cleaning efficiency.
● Welding is possible, but the coating within about 3 mm around the weld point may be damaged;
● The bending radius of 1/16-inch outer diameter tubing is greater than 1 inch, while the bending radius of 118-inch outer diameter tubing exceeds 2 inches.
