● Significantly extends service life:
By adopting an atomic-level silanization film process, the valve body's wear resistance and chemical stability are significantly enhanced, enabling it to withstand prolonged, frequent use and wear—thereby dramatically extending the product's service life.
Preventing catalytic reactions and trace adsorption:
The silanization process treatment imparts exceptional inertness to the valve surface, effectively preventing catalytic reactions on the metal surface and avoiding interference with the analytical process. At the same time, it exhibits ultra-low surface adsorption properties, reliably minimizing trace component adsorption and residue buildup, thereby ensuring the accuracy of analytical results.
● Enhance corrosion resistance and prevent adsorption:
Silanization treatment imparts excellent corrosion resistance to the valve body, enabling it to withstand erosion from a variety of corrosive gaseous media; additionally, the surface exhibits hydrophobic properties.
Boasts both exceptional airtightness and temperature resistance:
