Portable hydrogen generator specifically designed for refueling, producing hydrogen via electrolysis of pure water—no corrosion, no pollution. Utilizing PEM membrane technology, it efficiently separates water from the oxygen generated during electrolysis, delivering high-purity hydrogen gas that ensures the longevity of hydrogen storage cylinders. The device operates fully automatically; simply turn it on to start generating high-pressure hydrogen, with output pressures reaching up to 3 MPa—perfectly meeting the pressure requirements of hydrogen storage cylinders—and offering straightforward, easy-to-use operation.
    How it works
Hydrogen is produced via electrolysis, using a pure water solution as the electrolyte, a solid polymer as the electrolyte membrane, and precious metals as electrodes. The latest membrane separation technology is employed to completely separate hydrogen from oxygen, while a transition metal catalysis technique is integrated into the electrolytic cell, yielding high-purity hydrogen gas.

1) Simple operation: Simply inject pure water, and the device will automatically generate high-pressure hydrogen gas upon startup.

3) All pressure-bearing components inside the instrument are made of titanium/stainless steel, offering high pressure resistance, durability, and reliable performance.
4) Intelligent Safety Control: Once the instrument generates hydrogen to a certain pressure, the electrolyzer automatically cuts off power, halting hydrogen production. Additionally, high-quality crimp fittings are used to ensure zero gas leakage within the 3 MPa range.
5) Pure and Stable: Utilizing DuPont proton exchange membranes with Pt loading, the hydrogen produced achieves a purity of 99.999%, and the chromatographic baseline remains consistently stable—performance comparable to imported benchtop hydrogen generators.
6) Compact in size and powered by DC, it can be equipped with a portable power bank depending on the application scenario, enhancing the instrument's portability.
7) Equipped with a pressure protection device, it automatically stops gas production when the pressure reaches a set limit, preventing overpressure and overcharging, thus ensuring the safety of the hydrogen-filling process.
8) Dry and maintenance-free: Equipped with a high-pressure steam-water separator, it requires no drying consumables and is completely maintenance-free.
