The ZHK6250Pro fully automated BOD analysis system is a professional, fully unmanned solution centered on the determination of biochemical oxygen demand in water, while also integrating a TOC analyzer, an autosampler, a conductivity meter, and other instruments to streamline the entire workflow—from sample injection to data output. Featuring key specifications such as 132 sample positions, an imported electrochemical dissolved oxygen electrode, and dual temperature-controlled zones, the system offers multiple advanced functions, including automatic optimization of the optimal sample dilution factor, automated sampling, and automatic salinity compensation. These capabilities comprehensively address common challenges in BOD testing, such as large errors in estimating wastewater dilution ratios, significant measurement deviations for high-salinity samples, and time-consuming, labor-intensive procedures.
The TOC analyzer enables rapid and accurate determination of TOC levels in a wide range of sample types, while the system also supports standalone TOC mode for independent data output. For applications involving high-salinity wastewater, estuarine water, seawater, and other similar samples, the conductivity meter provides real-time salinity measurements and automatically compensates dissolved oxygen readings, thereby further enhancing the accuracy of the analytical results.
In addition, the system is equipped with an autosampler that supports batch sample injection, reducing manual intervention while significantly enhancing both testing efficiency and result accuracy.
