Product Description
This primarily includes operations during hot weather and high-temperature work in the workplace. Hot weather is defined as the conditions under which the daily maximum temperature exceeds 35°C, as reported by meteorological stations under city-level meteorological authorities or higher. Hot weather operations refer to tasks arranged by employers for workers in high-temperature natural weather conditions; high-temperature work in the workplace refers to operations where the average WBGT index at the work site is ≥ 25°C during the production process. National and international occupational health standards have clear regulations for evaluating high-temperature environments, with the evaluation index being the WBGT.
Main Features
● Simultaneously measures air temperature, wet bulb temperature, and globe temperature (radiant temperature).
● Measures the relative humidity in the ambient air.
● Three measurement modes are available for free selection: routine measurement, standard measurement, and gradient measurement
● Measurement display shows Ta, Tnw, Tg, RH%, WBGTi, and WBGTo data.
● Testing time can be set in three segments to meet standard requirements for testing values in all three time periods.
● Data processing software: built-in with four evaluation standards (ISO 7243, ACGIH, Navy, EPRI) for selection and calculation
● Software: can generate measurement reports and plot curves for any measurement parameters
● 3.0-inch high-brightness color display screen with a graphical menu, capable of displaying WBGT measurement curve graphs
● Data storage capacity: over 5000 sets.
● Built-in Bluetooth module, optionally compatible with a Bluetooth printer for printing data, and supports USB export of test data.
● Storage interval: adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes.
● Globe diameter (mm): options of 50mm or 150mm.
● Sensor expansion (gradient): capable of expanding to three gradient measurements (three sets of WBGT sensor groups connected to the same host).
